Did you know that airline industries as a whole generate about 880 million pounds annually? Most of that waste comes from in flight. Over 75 percent of what is wasted in flight is recyclable, but less than 20 percent is actually recycled! Green America has a recycling report, and more information about how you can reduce your waste while flying.
